Engineering Manager responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership across engineering projects. Oversees engineering teams, establishes design standards, manages project execution, and develops innovative/customized product solutions. Works closely with customers, sales, and production to ensure quality, manufacturability, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. Leads continuous improvement, technical decision-making, team development, and quality/project control systems with minimal supervision.
Key Requirements:- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field; P.E. license or pursuit required
- 7+ years engineering experience with leadership
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor
- Strong mechanical design, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience building/managing high-performing engineering teams
- Strong customer, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and travel domestically/internationally
