Project Manager, Operations Management, Engineering Design & Technologists

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join a dynamic team involved in sustaining engineering and product development. Our team focuses on the development of electronics.

• Manage several hardware development and electrical engineering projects at a time.

• Dedicate 75% of the time to project management activities, ensuring projects are on track and meeting milestones and deadlines.

• Utilize project management tools to track project health and provide updates to stakeholders.

• Engage with supply chain management and migrate manufacturing suppliers as necessary.

• Interface with software engineering and mechanical engineering teams to integrate their inputs into the products.

• Spend 25% of the time on technical hands-on activities, particularly testing.

• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates and insights.

• 7+ years of experience in project management.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Strong project management skills.

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to communicate and provide updates to project stakeholders.

• Past technical experience in hardware and electrical engineering.

• Ability to execute tests as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Schaumburg, IL.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
