About the role
As a part‑time Host, you will help create lifelong memorable experiences in our attraction. Hosts work across Admissions, Ride Operations, Food & Beverage, Retail, Birthday Party, Costume Characters, and Special Events. You will deliver the highest standard of guest service, presentation, and product knowledge, ensuring guests receive optimal fun in a magical, safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Adopt an enthusiastic, assertive approach to Guest Service and demonstrate Merlin Values.
• Seek out guest contact and display boundless fun energy.
• Manage extended lines safely while delivering excellent guest experience.
• Maintain well‑stocked displays and point of sale in all public areas.
• Follow opening and closing procedures as detailed in the operating plan.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Security, including COVID‑19 policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• 6 months – 1 year experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in loud environments and confined spaces.
• Self‑motivated; able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Pay Range
USD $15.75/hr.
