Exhibit and promote all positive Enterrium attributes and behaviors. This includes but is not limited to greeting guests in a prompt fashion, maintaining prize room organization and cleanliness, communicating with guests and techs, assisting guests when they have issues with games, taking game card payments, and putting away shipments in the proper storage locations.

• Trains all newly hired redemption staff according to the training manual
• Puts away shipments in a timely manner as they arrive
• Assigns all correct ticket labels to the prizes and ensures that all items are in the correct spots on the shelves
• Welcomes guests by exchanging pleasantries and assists them as needed
• Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety expectations
• Helps techs and management as needed
• Safeguards revenues by completing close out duties as required.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
• Ensures the environment in the prize room supports our core values of honor, integrity, seeking knowledge, and having fun
• Maintains cleanliness of the games and area surrounding the prize room
• Adherence to company cash handling and payment processing procedures
• Adherence to company uniform and appearance policy

• Display an aptitude towards outstanding customer service and people skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Regular, reliable attendance required

• Must be at least 18 years of age
