! As a part‑time Guest Experience Host you will help create lifelong memorable experiences for our guests. Our Hosts work in a variety of positions across the attraction, including Admissions, Ride Operations, Food and Beverage, Retail, Birthday Party, Costume Characters, and Special Events.

USD $15.75 per hour. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

You will deliver the highest possible standards of guest service, presentation, and product knowledge. You will ensure guests receive optimal fun by connecting with them in a magical, fun, and safe environment.

• Adopt an enthusiastic, assertive, and passionate approach to Guest Service, demonstrating the Merlin Values at every opportunity.
• Seek out guest contact and display enthusiasm and boundless amounts of fun energy.
• Manage extended lines safely while delivering an excellent guest experience.
• Ensure public areas have well‑stocked displays and point of sale ready for attraction opening and that areas are maintained and kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Follow opening and closing procedures as detailed in the department’s operating plan.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Security, including COVID‑19 policies, practices, and regulations.

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service‑based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Ability to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
