Enterrium Restaurant Host

At Enterrium, our staff sets the tone for excellence. Schaumburg's premier entertainment hub, where modern dining meets classic arcade thrills. We are seeking an outgoing Host to join the team!

• Welcome all guests with a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
• Demonstrate strong listening skills to understand guest needs
• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests
• Accurately take and process guest orders at the front counter
• Perform basic math functions related to cash handling and transactions
• Learn all areas of entertainment to confidently assist and direct guests
• Assign and sell bowling lanes efficiently while providing excellent guest service

• Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
• Ability to deliver hospitality in a fun dining and gaming environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask calmly
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable managing phones and reservation systems
• Previous hosting or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
