• Support and execute high‑quality audits end‑to‑end, including planning, scoping, assessing risks and controls, and delivering work papers in line with Zurich Group Audit methodology.
• Draft clear issue summaries, validate root causes, and support corrective action agreement with stakeholders.
• Conduct ongoing bottom‑up risk assessments through relationship meetings and stay connected to business strategy, emerging risks, and operational changes.
• Leverage Data Analytics, assess IT fundamentals, and apply GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot) to enhance audit efficiency, insights, and depth.
• Build strong, constructive working relationships with stakeholders across Travel Guard, Cover‑More, and broader Zurich Group entities.
• Participate in global audits, support integration work, and help elevate audit practices across regions.

• 5‑7 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, or related functions within insurance or financial services.
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, or qualification such as CPA, CIA, CISA, MBA, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of audit methodology, internal controls, and Internal Audit Standards, with experience in complex, fast‑moving, international environments.
• Exposure to risks and controls within insurance (ideally travel insurance) or ability to quickly learn the travel segment.
• Practical experience or strong aptitude with data analytics, IT general controls, and emerging technologies, including GenAI tools.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking, professional skepticism, and a third‑line‑of‑defense mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
• Experience in complex, fast‑moving global organizations (post M&A or integration environments is an asset).

Salary range: $98,300 to $161,000 (2024). Base pay varies by education, experience, skills, location, travel requirements, and business needs. Bonus eligible.
