We are currently seeking a Senior Auditor to join our North America team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of audit engagements, collaborating with audit team members across Group Audit. With the support of the Senior Audit Manager and Audit Manager, you will develop a deep understanding of the business and its risks. You will co-develop high-quality audit approaches and reports that provide key insights and influence stakeholders in Zurich North America.

You will work in and support a collaborative, learning, and supportive team environment. You will contribute to strategic priorities and learn and apply innovative audit approaches, new world skills (Data Analytics, IT fundamentals, and GenAI), and Agile methods.

Your main responsibilities will involve:

Audit Delivery:
Support the delivery of the audit plan by completing your assigned audit with quality, on time and within budget.

Stakeholder Relations:
Build and maintain strong, transparent, and constructive relationships with stakeholders during audits - with support from your leader.

Reporting:
Contribute to drafting impactful issue summaries. Help prepare audit business-oriented reports to senior management.

Learning Culture:
Take ownership of your development in business technical, new world, and human skills, actively applying a growth and learning mindset.

Data, IT and GenAI. Recognize their importance in delivering optimal audit outcomes and future-proofing your skillsets.

Conduct audit work in line with the Audit Methodology and applicable standards. Consider improvements raised through Quality Assurance reviews together with your leader.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 4 or more years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Audit (compliance, financial, operations) OR a combination of each.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with in Internal Audit, Risk Management or Compliance. Preferably in the Insurance or Financial Services Industry

Experience with in complex, fast moving and international organizations.

Good understanding of audit methodology, Internal Audit Standards and internal control frameworks.

Good understanding of insurance concepts

Experience with and good understanding of new world skills (DA, ITGC and GenAI)

Good project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes on time.

At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education. The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $81,800.00 - $, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%.
