Staff Accountant

LaSalle Network has partnered with a pharmaceutical company in Schaumburg, IL, looking to hire a full-time Staff Accountant. This role will oversee financial and month-end close operations, manage fixed assets, and assist with AP and AR. It is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office per week, offering a base salary up to $70,000 plus an annual bonus.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0-3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., JD Edwards, Oracle).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in Schaumburg, IL office at least 3 days per week.
• Proven experience with charge back accruals, PO management, and invoice tracking.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
