Job Responsibilities- Research and resolve customer deductions related to pricing, promotions, shortages, freight, damages, and returns
- Analyze remittance advice and customer payment details to identify deduction root causes
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Pricing, Logistics, Customer Service) to validate or dispute deductions
- Prepare and submit debit/credit memos, chargeback disputes, and supporting documentation
- Monitor deduction aging and prioritize resolution to meet cash application and DSO targets
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within ERP systems
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding deduction inquiries and resolutions
- Identify trends and recurring issues; recommend process improvements to reduce future deductions
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Deductions, or similar accounting role
- Strong understanding of AR processes, aging reports, and basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Pay:
