TPA Operations Sr. Performance Analyst at Zurich North America

Responsibilities- First point of contact for all strategic initiatives for a region or segment, providing advanced financial analysis and modeling.
- Serve as the contact for any supporting external consultancies, assisting with business performance reviews and in‑depth analyses.
- Lead the preparation of key messages, reports and financial analyses to inform management teams of expected outcomes.
- Lead the production of periodic benefit follow‑ups for key initiatives to ensure financial targets are met.
- Develop and maintain the governance framework to ensure all business initiatives undergo high‑quality financial scrutiny.
- Prepare analyses and comments for all reporting requirements of the Group's projects; serve as the contact for inquiries related to financial projections.
- Lead the production of profitability reports, monitoring performance trends by product or line of business to identify significant deviations.
- Lead the development of new reporting initiatives to provide deeper insight into performance trends for better decision‑making.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area.
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area.
- Insurance industry experience.
- Project management experience.
- CPA, CPCU, CFA or CTP.
- Strong Microsoft Office experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proposed salary range: $85,500.00 – $. Short‑term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%. Additional rewards may include short‑term incentive bonuses and merit increases.
