Pricing Analyst | Schaumburg, IL
Base pay range
: $80,000.00/yr - $/yr

Responsibilities
- Support and analyze new sales pricing requests with accurate, timely financial analysis
- Perform margin, profitability, and pricing trend analysis by product and customer
- Develop pricing models and dashboards to identify margin opportunities and risks
- Prepare product- and customer-level P&Ls to support decision-making
- Analyze win/loss data, promotions, and quote outcomes
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, production planning, and finance
- Maintain pricing accuracy within ERP systems
- Support RFQs/RFPs, new product costing, and pricing methodologies
- Evaluate freight costs and recommend cost-efficient options
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting and ad-hoc financial analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
- 4–7 years of experience in manufacturing, CPG, or cost/pricing-focused finance roles
- Strong understanding of cost structures, pricing, and margin analysis
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling)
- Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Navision, Great Plains, or similar)
- Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong business mindset
- Outgoing, ambitious, and comfortable partnering with cross-functional leaders
