We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for the full‑cycle accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting month‑end close activities. The ideal candidate will have strong Net Suite experience, advanced Excel skills, and prior exposure to Coupa or similar procurement systems.

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently in Net Suite
• Perform three-way matching (PO, invoice, receipt) and resolve discrepancies
• Manage vendor setup, maintenance, and respond to vendor inquiries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
• Prepare and process weekly check runs and ACH payments
• Reconcile AP subledger to the general ledger and assist with month-end close
• Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) for reconciliations and reporting
• Partner with Procurement and Operations teams to improve AP workflows
• Support audits by providing documentation and responding to auditor requests
• Identify process improvements and assist with system enhancements

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Hands‑on experience with Net Suite (required)
• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis)
• Strong understanding of AP best practices and accounting fundamentals
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Experience using Coupa or similar procure‑to‑pay systems
• Experience in a mid‑sized or growing organization
• Prior involvement in system implementations or process improvements

• Pay range: $25–$27 per hour, based on experience
