Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $17.50/hr

Salon Assistant - Schaumburg role overview:

We are looking for Salon Assistants who want to make an impact. We have part-time and full-time roles available.

• Provide a high standard of assistance to Hairstylists and Hair Colorists by performing: shampooing clients; applying and monitoring treatments; executing conditioning treatments.
• Support the standards of Tricoci by maintaining blow dry/self-serve stations, hairstylist stations, shampoo areas, dispensary areas, and laundry (keeping up with the flow of services) and more.
• Ensure safety standards and cleanliness; keep the work area clean and equipment properly sanitized.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance.
• Be an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team that promotes teamwork and a high level of client service throughout the salon and spa.

• Experience with retail, hospitality, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work various schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.
• Able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods.
