Create personalized beauty experiences for customers while supporting sales of Fresh and Shiseido products. Build customer relationships and provide makeup and skincare recommendations in a welcoming, inclusive environment.
Responsibilities- Apply makeup, analyze skincare needs, and recommend products suited to customers' goals.
- Meet in-store and digital sales goals, book appointments, and support beauty events and services.
- Build customer loyalty, process sales and returns, and maintain an organized, customer-ready department.
- Stay informed about beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
- Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong customer connection, communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and meet the physical demands of the role.
