Description — Full-Time Central Registration & Scheduling
Location: Schaumburg, IL. This is an on-site position located in our Schaumburg office, and will soon be moving to our Elk Grove Village location.
Barrington Orthopedic Specialists is looking for a full-time Central Registration Scheduling Representative!
Locations served: Schaumburg, Bartlett, Elk Grove, Buffalo Grove, IL
Barrington Orthopedic Specialists was established in 1980 with a philosophy of treating patients as you would want to be treated. The practice has remained the premier orthopedic provider of the northwest Chicago suburbs, providing compassionate, individualized care for patients bones, joints, and muscle injuries and conditions.
DutiesScheduled hours: Full-Time 40 hours per week
Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Occasional rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Qualifications- One year of prior medical office experience
- Medical terminology and general knowledge of medical insurance plans
- Strong phone and computer skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with Electronic Health Records System (E.H.R)
- Experience working with Athena is a plus
