CDCW is a well-established mental health practice serving our community for over 20 years. Our office is located in an attractive complex. The office suite is an attractive high-end buildout with large offices, a conference room, kitchen and student office space.

Position Overview:

We are seeking Masters Level Practitioners, LPC, LCPC and LCSW. The ideal candidates will be passionate about providing comprehensive mental health services and value autonomy in their clinical practice. CDCW practitioners can develop areas of expertise in the treatment of children, adult and geriatric populations. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse diagnoses and gain experience in various therapeutic modalities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
  • Represent yourself and CDCW in a positive, professional light in the community and with other professionals.
  • Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards using a state-of-the-art EMR and billing program.

Qualifications:

  • Current state license as a LPC, LCPC, or LCSW.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities.
