Position Summary: Reporting to the AT Manager, the Associate Athletic Trainer will work with medical professionals, Athletic Directors, coaches, and athletes to review medical conditions and develop plans to meet athlete goals. Responsibilities include prevention, clinical evaluation and diagnosis, immediate care, treatment, rehabilitation, reconditioning, organization and administration, and professional responsibility.

The below is not an exhaustive list of duties; you will perform tasks as necessitated by your role and the organization’s objectives.

• Apply protective or injury-preventive devices, such as tape, bandages, and braces
• Recognize and evaluate injuries at assigned affiliate or clinic and provide first aid or emergency care
• Develop and carry out rehabilitation programs for injured athletes and implement programs to prevent future injury and illness
• Perform administrative tasks, maintain accurate injury records, and write reports following company documentation protocols
• Maintain communications with internal and external partners regarding progress and continuum of care

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited CAATE program
• Work Experience: None required

Salaried ranges listed are for full-time (40 hours). Additional pay such as incentive, GAP, overtime, and stipends may not be available in all locations. Base pay depends on location, role, duties, experience, and skills. Offers are made within the base pay range in effect at the time.

Minimum Salary/Wage: USD $47,500 per year

Maximum Salary/Wage: USD $55,000 per year
