Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment

Handle chemical agents safely, adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) and proper chemical handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests

Vacuum carpets, sweep floors, mop surfaces, and perform detailed floor care to maintain pristine conditions throughout the property

Support with heavy lifting tasks such as moving furniture or supplies to facilitate efficient cleaning operations

Restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies while ensuring proper inventory management

Follow hotel emergency procedures promptly in case of incidents or safety concerns, maintaining guest safety at all times

Maintain sanitation standards by properly disposing of waste and adhering to janitorial protocols for cleanliness and hygiene

Prior experience in hotel housekeeping management or janitorial experience is highly preferred

Knowledge of floor cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and custodial best practices

Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including vacuums, buffers, mops, and other janitorial tools

Familiarity with chemical handling procedures and understanding of safety data sheets (SDS) for various cleaning agents

Strong manual handling skills with the ability to perform heavy lifting safely

Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards guests and team members

Understanding of hotel housekeeping operations and hotel experience is advantageous

Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and respond effectively in emergency situations
