About the Role:

A well-established manufacturing firm, recognized for its significant contributions to the industry, is seeking a dynamic and high-potential Senior Human Resources Manager. The company, known for its innovative products and global outreach, is focused on enhancing the well-being of its customers through exceptional quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic partner aligning the goals and objectives of individuals and management across the Medical Device Medical organization.
  • Manage a diverse team of HR professionals, guiding the development and maintenance of departmental records and reports.
  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies, including leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning, consistent with the company's vision and values.
  • Oversee training programs, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Handle compensation management, including conducting salary surveys, updating the compensation program, and ensuring fair and competitive pay structures.
  • Maintain legal compliance in HR matters, including affirmative action programs and EEO regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on various HR policies and practices.
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in HR services and practices.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field. PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • A minimum of several years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to an operations environment being advantageous.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, would be an asset.
