Base pay range$24.00/hr - $25.00/hr
We are seeking a detail-oriented PC Imaging Technician to join our EUC team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, deploying, and maintaining PC images for our organization. This role involves working closely with other IT staff to ensure that all computers are properly configured and updated.
Responsibilities- Create and deploy standardized PC images across the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PC imaging and deployment.
- Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems.
- Document imaging processes and procedures for future reference.
- Assist with hardware and software installations as needed.
- Maintain accurate Service Now PC asset records.
- 2-5 years of experience required
- Preferred experience include tech support, incident management, and Windows laptop builds and repairs
- Full-time role based in Schaumburg office
