Lead end‑to‑end SAP FSRI implementations and maintain ongoing production support. Design, configure, and validate core FSRI functionalities including Forecast, Prognosis and Estimation (FE) templates, Development Patterns, and Treaty Calculation Rules. Implement premium calculation logic for unearned premium, reinstatement, retroadjustments, and other premium-related processes. Handle periodic configuration changes for Entry Codes, Line of Business (LOB), and Cost of Business (COB). Work closely with business users to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

• Design and develop TCR Treaty Calculation Rules templates for NP treaty and Assumed to Ceded transfers.
• Create and maintain EPI Estimated Premium Income and Estimation Forecasting and Actual posting for premiums.
• Develop UPR Un‑Earned Premium calculation using FE or Global Conditions.
• Coding and support for Reinstatement Premium calculation, signed line adjustments, LUD limit adjustments, NP Premium adjustments and Retro adjustments.
• Manage periodic configuration changes for Entry Codes, LOB, and COB.
• Implement end‑to‑end FSRI functionalities such as Endorsement, Co‑Cedent Participation, Treaty Fronting, Multiline, Year Interlocking, Retro, Multi‑Treaty periods, and Multi‑Treaty sections.
• Provide production support by troubleshooting incidents and delivering timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional SAP teams (FIGL, FSPQM, FSCM, FSCD, FSICM, FSPM) to define and explain system solutions.
• Prioritize work, resolve dependencies, and drive system development across multifunctional technical teams.
• Continuously gain expertise in related SAP modules and contribute to process improvement.

• Minimum 8 years of FSRI experience with at least 2 end‑to‑end implementations.
• Deep knowledge of SAP FSRI processes and customization.
• Strong proficiency in ABAP on HANA, including Object‑Oriented ABAP programming.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills for production support.
• Ability to gather and articulate business requirements from a functional standpoint.
• Experience translating functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business users.
• Team player capable of working with multiple SAP modules and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of insurance industry processes and terminology is a plus.
