The Data Integration & Reporting Analyst supports clients and internal teams by ensuring data flows seamlessly between systems, reports are accurate, and insights are communicated clearly. This role is ideal for someone early in their data career who is analytical, curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how customer data powers marketing strategy, product development, and client results.
This position works cross-functionally with the teams to integrate client data, perform quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and support reporting needs related to Data Delivers' CMP and other data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities Data Integration & Processing- Assist with ingesting, transforming, and validating client data across multiple sources (POS, CRM, loyalty, ecommerce, digital platforms).
- Perform routine data quality checks and flag anomalies, inconsistencies, or missing data.
- Support the setup and maintenance of data pipelines, automated file transfers, and scheduled processes.
- Partner with Data Governance & Security to ensure all integrations meet compliance and data-handling standards.
- Build and maintain recurring client reports, dashboards, and data visualizations (Excel, Qlik, CMP dashboards).
- Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and ensure accuracy before delivery.
- Support the Sr. BI Analyst and client teams with ad-hoc data pulls and analysis requests.
- Help interpret data trends and provide clear narrative summaries.
- Provide technical support to account managers and consultants during client calls or meetings.
- Log, track, and resolve data-related tickets or requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with onboarding new clients by supporting data discovery, mapping documentation, and integration testing.
- Communicate timelines, status updates, and blockers to internal stakeholders.
- Develop working knowledge of the CMP, ETL workflows, and internal operational tools.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, documentation, and reporting efficiency.
- Test new platform enhancements or data features before deployment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in data analytics, data processing, reporting, or technical operations.
- Demonstrated experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or preferably, Qlik.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Familiarity with SQL (basic select, join, group by) and a willingness to learn more advanced queries.
- Ability to synthesize data and communicate findings simply and clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced small-team environment.
