We're looking for a delivery leader with a technical foundation who's ready to shape how we build, integrate, and evolve enterprise solutions — starting with Workday and expanding across our digital landscape.

Lead delivery: architecting solutions, aligning stakeholders, and driving outcomes across complex enterprise programs. You bring technical credibility to business conversations and business context to technical teams. This is a high-growth role.

The Principal, Digital Delivery – Workday is responsible for leading the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of Workday solutions that enable key business processes and support Primient’s broader digital strategy. This role partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate functional needs into scalable system solutions, lead enhancements and integrations, and ensure reliable delivery across the Workday landscape.

Serving as a strategic partner and subject matter expert, the Principal bridges business requirements with technical capabilities, drives cross-functional initiatives, and helps optimize processes, system performance, and user experience.

Experience with
SAP FICO is preferred and will support broader enterprise integration and Finance-related initiatives, but strong Workday expertise is the primary requirement for the role.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Workday Portfolio — Own delivery, enhancements, and integrations across Workday HCM and Financials, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines
• Architect Solutions — Evaluate options, design scalable approaches, and guide technical decisions across Workday, SAP, and adjacent platforms
• Drive Cross-Functional Delivery — Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and partners to ship effective solutions
• Apply AI to Accelerate Delivery — Identify opportunities to leverage AI for automation, integration, testing, documentation, and process optimization; bring AI thought leadership to your team and stakeholders
• Manage Roadmaps & Governance — Maintain delivery plans, dependencies, documentation, and change control
• Mentor & Build Capability — Guide analysts, developers, and delivery teams; foster accountability and knowledge sharing

Key responsibilities:
