We’re hiring a Senior BI & Analytics Developer to support a large-scale Enterprise Data Warehouse environment within the healthcare and human services space. This is a hands‑on development role for someone with strong Tableau, Power BI, and advanced SQL experience who can build complex dashboards, analytics, visualizations, reports, and data solutions.
What You’ll Do- Develop complex Tableau and Power BI dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures
- Develop and maintain data marts
- Perform ad hoc data analysis and reporting
- Work with claims, beneficiary, and provider data
- Partner with DBAs, data modelers, application teams, and business stakeholders
- Gather requirements and recommend technical solutions
- Participate in unit, integration, and system testing
- Present solutions and technical deliverables to stakeholders
- Support an enterprise data warehouse environment
- 5+ years of Tableau and Power BI development
- 5+ years of advanced SQL development
- Experience developing complex SQL scripts and/or stored procedures
- Experience with Teradata, DB2, Oracle, or similar enterprise database technologies
- Strong BI, reporting, analytics, and data visualization experience
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Springfield, IL before starting
- 4+ years of React / React.js / ReactJS development
- Medicaid claims and enrollment data experience
- Medicaid, Medicare, or healthcare industry experience
- Enterprise Data Warehouse experience
- SAP Business Objects
- Base SAS, SAS Analytics, or SAS Enterprise Guide
- Live video screening and technical experience verification will be part of the recruiting process
