About The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Hub Spot Business Analyst to support and optimize our Hub Spot CRM environment. This role will serve as a key liaison between business users and technology, helping drive adoption, improve processes, and ensure our Hub Spot platform effectively supports business objectives.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience administering and supporting Hub Spot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub, enjoys solving complex problems, and can translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions. What You'll DoAs the Hub Spot Business Analyst, you will:

Provide day-to-day support for Hub Spot users, responding to system-related questions and issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to users, permissions, workflows, pipelines, reports, dashboards, and data integrity.

Administer and configure Hub Spot, including properties, workflows, forms, lists, reports, dashboards, and user access controls.

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into practical system solutions and process improvements.

Evaluate existing business processes and recommend opportunities for automation, optimization, and increased efficiency.

Manage and prioritize support requests and enhancement initiatives in partnership with the CRM Manager.

Test system changes, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and document outcomes.

Develop and maintain user guides, process documentation, training materials, and best practice resources.

Deliver user training and ongoing support to encourage effective adoption of Hub Spot tools and functionality.

Support data management activities, including imports, exports, data cleansing, deduplication, and ongoing maintenance.

Monitor system utilization and assist with CRM governance, standards, compliance, and data quality initiatives.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and escalate complex issues to the CRM Manager, Hub Spot Support, or other technical resources as needed.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Hub Spot Sales Hub and/or Marketing Hub in an administrative, business analyst, CRM support, or related role.

Experience administering and configuring CRM platforms, preferably Hub Spot.

Strong background in end-user support and troubleshooting business applications.

Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements.

Working knowledge of CRM processes, workflow automation, reporting, and data management best practices.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with additional Hub Spot solutions such as Service Hub, CMS Hub, and/or Operations Hub.
