Trivedi & Khan is seeking an attorney for our commercial litigation practice. This is a valuable opportunity to be involved in all aspects of litigation. The litigation practice consists of diverse subject matter and areas of law. Clients include multinational companies and high net‑worth individuals. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of litigation experience, which must include written and oral advocacy, including brief writing and court work.

This position requires strong research and analytical skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois.
