Associate Attorney – Schaumburg, IL
Schaumburg, IL
Mid‑size firm in Schaumburg seeks an Associate Attorney with a minimum of five years of Family Law experience.
The position is on‑site, Monday‑Friday 8:30 am‑5:30 pm. Employer contributes 50% of the health‑insurance premium and offers 401(k) enrollment with match after one year.
Responsibilities- Manage a full caseload from consultation to prove‑up.
- Confidently convey options and directions to clients.
- Draft comprehensive pleadings, settlement agreements, and clear communications.
- Advocate for clients at court proceedings, hearings, and trials.
- Significant prior experience in caseload self‑management with minimal oversight.
- Ability to identify optimal case resolutions specific to a client’s circumstances.
- Track record of reaching case resolutions in a timely manner.
