• Manage and optimize the supply chain and delivery of goods from overseas to customers.
• Manage inventory systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Work with shipping carriers and freight forwarders to optimize transportation and delivery schedules.
• Keep the team informed when lead times are not meeting requirements to avoid disruptions.
• Set up and manage inventory shipments from the warehouse to the office.
• Conduct inventory optimization efforts aimed at improving inventory efficiencies.
• Join conference calls when issues cannot be solved via email.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
• Support the supply chain team during personal shortages.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Educational Requirement:
  High School or GED Equivalent.
• Language:
