• Oversee the delivery of contractual and administrative requirements of the business day to day
• Drive profitability through financial oversight, including working closely with project and operations managers, technicians and office leadership
• Handle all booking processes and project kickoff packages
• Be involved in bid reviews, contract compliance and weekly status meetings covering timelines, budgets, expenditures and operational progress of projects
• Financial modeling, accounting processes and financial management of service business sectors
• Projects involve Security and Fire systems such as Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Alarm and Low Voltage installation and service
• Oversee 8 direct reports inside a team of 16 made up of Finance, Admin, Operations and Leadership
