Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager, Service Delivery to assist the Service Delivery team. The team is responsible for the delivery of services programs, developing new assets and management of capital improvement and structural redevelopment projects across the portfolio. Day to day you will oversee real estate activities for all products for a given geographic territory. As a Project Manager, Service Delivery, you will partner cross-functionally to manage client relationships at the market level while ensuring project timelines are met and within budget.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Deployment Manager with deep expertise in local real estate markets and end-to-end site development processes. This role will serve as the single point of contact for deployment activities in a specific market, ensuring the seamless execution of telecom infrastructure projects from site acquisition through construction and closeout.
Responsibilities- Serve as the local real estate market expert
, supporting on-the-ground contingencies such as consent, lease agreements, compound expansions, and rooftop access. - Lead permitting efforts and challenge vendor-provided timelines to ensure all schedules reflect accurate jurisdictional requirements.
- Maintain full accountability for deployment activities including leasing, due diligence, engineering, zoning, permitting, project management, construction, and closeout documentation.
- Act as the primary market-level contact for all customer escalations, providing real-time updates on project priorities, issues, timelines, and forecasts.
- Provide weekly gap analysis reporting
, highlighting project status, customer dependencies, aging issues, and resolution progress. - Maintain a deep understanding of customer goals
, coverage plans, deployment timelines, and operational standards to align internal teams accordingly. - Monitor contract adherence, ensuring compliance with scope of work, pricing structures, SLA commitments, and billing parameters
. - Ensure forecast accuracy across all internal and customer systems
, holding cross-functional partners accountable for inputs and deadlines. - Deliver high-touch customer service
, managing expectations and communications from initial scope definition to post-installation follow-up.
