• Manage 2–4 projects concurrently with budgets of $20–$35 M+ annually.
• Own project financials and ensure job profitability.
• Act as the orchestrator of the project team—including client, architect, superintendent, project engineer, and other stakeholders.
• Manage and communicate change orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Serve as Builtech’s primary client contact.
• Maintain daily communication with project teammates.
• Partner with the superintendent to co‑develop and update a master schedule weekly.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers to support their career growth.

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to our Core Values—Trust, Integrity, Humility, Respect, Passion, and Courage.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Procore.
• Strong self‑awareness, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation, and organization skills.
• Ability to remain stationary 95 % of the time and operate office equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Basic physical capacity to lift and carry lightweight office items and stand, walk, and climb as required on job sites.

Compensation $150,000–$170,000 (plus potential bonuses and benefits).
