Position: Future Builders RCG Program - Homebuilding

Overview

Lennar is one of the nation's leading homebuilders, dedicated to making an impact and creating an extraordinary experience for Homeowners, Communities, and Associates. The Future Builders Program 2026/2027 for Recent College Graduates is designed for highly motivated early career professionals seeking to launch their careers. Participants will develop essential interpersonal and technical skills while working alongside seasoned professionals in a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.

Through structured onboarding, hands-on training, and professional development, Future Builders will contribute to impactful projects and gain exposure to key areas across Lennar. High-performing participants may have the opportunity to transition into full-time roles upon program completion. The Homebuilding track is a one-year developmental program for recent graduates that prepares participants for careers in core business operations. The start date for the program will be sometime in June 2026.

Depending on interests, opportunities may include experience in the following departments:

Responsibilities by Department
  • Construction
    • Help bring homes to life by assisting with job scheduling, safety inspections, and ensuring each home is move-in ready for new families
    • Maintain job sites and model homes to showcase quality spaces
    • Build relationships with subcontractors, business partners, and homeowners to deliver craftsmanship
    • Ensure trade partners meet quality and timeline standards so customers can begin their home ownership journey on schedule
  • Land
    • Support financial planning that transforms raw land into thriving, affordable communities
    • Analyze market opportunities to identify locations for new neighborhoods
    • Prepare financial projections and feasibility studies balancing quality with affordability
    • Partner with teams to create sustainable development plans
  • Purchasing
    • Source quality materials and partner with trades to maintain standards
    • Develop cost-effective strategies for first-time buyers and growing families
    • Monitor supplier performance to ensure durable materials at accessible prices
    • Review community budgets to optimize resources while maintaining quality
  • Sales
    • Welcome prospective homeowners and help first-time buyers envision their future
    • Guide customers through their home buying journey with expertise
    • Present purchase agreements and manage customer relationships in Salesforce
  • Customer Care
    • Ensure families feel supported from purchase through move-in and beyond
    • Resolve homeowner concerns with empathy
    • Design feedback systems to improve the experience for future homeowners
    • Help automate processes to make the home ownership journey smoother
Requirements
  • Current senior or recent graduate from a 4-year college or university between May 2025 and May 2026
  • Working toward a bachelor's degree in construction, civil engineering, architecture, real estate, business or similar degree (preferred)
  • Willingness to relocate with support at the end of the program as needed (preferred)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record and valid auto insurance
  • Knowledge of construction management processes and building products; ability to read and evaluate development plans
  • Conflict and crisis management skills; familiarity with construction management software
  • Ability to work with technologies and develop skills for new tools and digital workflows
  • Open to personal or professional development opportunities (e.g., certifications, courses, networks)
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills; strong organizational, time-management, analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Upon program completion, the Company will decide whether to offer high-performing participants a regular full-time position within similar roles. Placement is not guaranteed.
