Executive Director, Emergency Department; RN

Nealy Pierce is exclusively recruiting an Executive Director, Emergency Services (RN) for a nonprofit health system in a growing Midwest metro. The position will lead 3 EDs, including an adult Level I trauma center. This is an onsite position for a leader willing to relocate to the Midwest.

• Lead emergency services across a market serving over 125k annual patients a year.
• Partner with the Market CNO and develop a team ED managers
• Tackle patient flow, staffing, quality and patient experience with your clinical partners.
• Enjoy a mid size growing metro known for an affordable cost of living, short commutes, an extensive trail system, restaurants and arts.

• Active RN license and master’s degree
• At least five (5) years of ED nursing leadership in a complex, high acuity setting
• Level I trauma emergency experience required; multi-hospital leadership preferred
• Demonstrated ability to develop leaders and improve ED performance

• Annual salary up to $210k annually (dependent on experience) + annual bonus opportunity of up to 20%
