10:00 pm – 6:30 am, Sunday to Saturday, 6 days per week. Overtime is available and encouraged.

• Conduct daily pre‑operational and changeover checks.
• Perform Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
• Sanitize QA equipment and document sanitation checks.
• Prepare daily Bill of Materials (BOMs).
• Monitor production personnel for GMP compliance.
• Communicate safety, sanitation, or product issues to supervisors.
• Participate in product evaluations to ensure top quality.

• 1–2 years in Quality Control.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime, irregular hours, or rotating shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.

• Are detail‑oriented and committed to quality.
• Can follow safety rules and operating procedures.
• Have basic math skills and can use a calculator.
• Can read and interpret documents such as manuals and safety instructions.
• Are comfortable performing basic lab tasks.
• Speak, write, and understand English;
  Spanish/English bilingual is a plus.
• Have previous food manufacturing and/or sanitation experience (6+ months preferred).

Pay: $20.68/hr + $1.25 shift differential. Comprehensive Nestlé benefits after 30 days of employment, including health, dental, vision, and more. Overtime opportunities available to increase earnings.
