$50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year + Benefits, PTO, 401k
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Marketing & Events Assistant to join our team and play a key role in organizing and executing high‑impact events, sales meetings, and marketing projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is passionate about creating memorable event experiences.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating all event logistics, managing relationships with vendors, and ensuring the seamless execution of events. This role is perfect for a driven individual who is eager to combine their event planning, marketing, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches that drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Assist with sales quotes, invoice processing, budget tracking, and vendor coordination to keep the Marketing Department running smoothly.
  • Managing schedules, meetings, and communications for the marketing team, ensuring projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
  • Organizing marketing materials, product samples, and inventory to ensure seamless access for internal teams and external events.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of trade shows, sales meetings, and conferences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
  • Manage event logistics, including booth setup, collateral, shipping, and vendor coordination.
Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred; not required.
  • 6+ months experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a customer facing role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service mindset.
