Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Flexibility and variety—work private duty one‑on‑one in the client’s home (low acuity). You decide when, what and where. Weekly pay, 24/7 support. Starting wage: $35 per hour.

Essential Duties
  • Observe and report signs of client condition changes; document and notify supervisor.
  • Perform assigned nursing procedures and administer treatments/medications per State Nurse Practice Act and plan of care.
  • Teach clients self‑care techniques.
  • Notify supervisor, case manager, physicians or families of client condition changes.
  • Communicate risk‑management issues and report abuse or unsafe/illegal practice as required.
  • Collaborate with client, family and health‑care team to coordinate care.
  • Maintain confidentiality; follow HIPAA regulations.
  • Adhere to regulations, policies, procedures and standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements & Competencies
  • Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
  • Licensed as an RN in the state of practice (new grads welcome).
  • CPR certification (renewal classes offered).
  • Home care or home health experience preferred.
  • Ability to provide nursing care in the home environment.
  • Ability to complete necessary documentation timely, legibly.
  • Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
