Flexibility and variety—work private duty one‑on‑one in the client’s home (low acuity). You decide when, what and where. Weekly pay, 24/7 support. Starting wage: $35 per hour.
Essential Duties- Observe and report signs of client condition changes; document and notify supervisor.
- Perform assigned nursing procedures and administer treatments/medications per State Nurse Practice Act and plan of care.
- Teach clients self‑care techniques.
- Notify supervisor, case manager, physicians or families of client condition changes.
- Communicate risk‑management issues and report abuse or unsafe/illegal practice as required.
- Collaborate with client, family and health‑care team to coordinate care.
- Maintain confidentiality; follow HIPAA regulations.
- Adhere to regulations, policies, procedures and standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
- Licensed as an RN in the state of practice (new grads welcome).
- CPR certification (renewal classes offered).
- Home care or home health experience preferred.
- Ability to provide nursing care in the home environment.
- Ability to complete necessary documentation timely, legibly.
- Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Weekly pay and direct deposit.
