The Wellness Advisor of Sunnyside Schaumburg, IL will advise customers (recreational, medicinal and caregivers) in selecting appropriate cannabis products for their needs and act as an ambassador of the company’s mission to normalize, professionalize and revolutionize cannabis. You will use customer service, product knowledge and compliance with state regulations to ensure a best-in-class experience. Wellness Advisors manage the customer lifecycle from check-in to consultation, order fulfillment to checkout, with compliance as a forefront consideration.

Our dispensaries are typically open 7 days a week, with flexibility to work across opening and closing shifts, weekends and holidays. Part-time schedules are 15–25 hours per week and typically align with peak hours.

• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects to aid in product selection.
• Apply effective selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify proper documentation and  customers.
• Assist in verifying the accuracy of orders dispensed to customers in a timely fashion.
• Label and package customer orders.
• Perform accurate cash handling in the company’s Point of Sale system following SOPs.
• Maintain records of dispensary activities including customer records, sales, deliveries and returns in line with state regulations and company standards.
• Perform routine inventory counts and ensure stock is organized and compliant.
• Assist in organizing sales floor merchandise and product displays.
• Ensure security and safety compliance in the store according to SOPs.
