Aerie - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. (AEO) is looking for a part‑time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide an amazing shopping experience, represent our company values, and build brand loyalty.

• Base pay: $15.00/yr – $16.50/yr (actual pay will be based on your skills and experience)

As a Brand Ambassador, you are the face of our company and you’re proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Proudly educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist your team in completing tasks and supporting store operations.
• Maintain integrity by following AEO policies and procedures.

• Love interacting with people and enjoy helping them find the right products.
• Have strong energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
• Love AE and Aerie products and are familiar with our brand.
• Have retail experience prior to this role.
• Are at least 16 years of age.
