Seasonal Part Time Sales

Providing excellent customer service by following LIDS Sports Group customer service programs and meeting or exceeding sales goals.

• Follow LIDS customer service programs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals.
• Participate in store maintenance—merchandising, signage, and cleanliness per visual guidelines.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the Dress Code Policy.
• Protect company assets in accordance with LIDS Retail policies.
• Restock and reset merchandise.
• Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Strong interpersonal skills and clear, professional verbal communication.
• Computer operation ability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders, working with hands overhead.
• Standing for up to 100% of the work time.

• Seasonal part‑time experience acceptable; start at local minimum wage with up to 10% more based on experience.
• Seasonal duration concludes on January 6.

Annual pay range: $29,120 – $58,656 for Illinois‑based roles, with potential bonus and additional benefits.
