Base pay range$50,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr
PositionAs an Outside Sales Account Executive at Global Tranz, you’ll drive territory growth and development within the small-to-medium-sized business (SMB) segment. Your role is to consult, educate, and deliver tailored shipping solutions—offering unmatched service, competitive rates, and strategic insights to C-level executives at companies with frequent shipping needs.
This is a hybrid Inside-Outside B2B sales role where you will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing and account growth. You’ll combine in-office collaboration with on-the-road client engagement, ensuring lasting relationships and measurable business impact.

- Take the lead in coordinating, developing, managing all aspects of the proposal process
- Close, activate and train team on our shipping platform
- Partner with the operations and account management teams for optimal customer satisfaction
- Bachelor s Degree or Equivalent Experience
- High energy, with a passion for your brand

- Effective communicator with strong business acumen
- Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically about the personal impact on the client s long-term business strategy
