Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Representative to join our team in Schaumburg, IL. As a Channel Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our channel partners end-to-end. You will work closely with these partners to promote our dining deals and drive sales for both our partners and
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and activate new referral partners across multiple geographies and verticals.
- Manage onboarding, training, and enablement of referral partners to ensure they are equipped for success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with active partners, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Monitor partner activity, track lead quality, and ensure lead volume aligns with acquisition goals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success teams to improve partner materials and performance.
- Deliver regular reporting on referral activity, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Provide feedback to leadership on program enhancements, incentive structures, and partner needs.
- Represent professionally in all partner-facing interactions.
Qualifications
- 24 years of experience in sales, business development, or partner/channel management.
- Proven success in recruiting or managing referral networks, affiliate programs, or channel relationships.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred) and sales reporting tools.
- Experience working with or selling into restaurants is a plus.
