About the job Inside Sales Representative

Salary: $55,000 Base + Up to $100,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) with Bonuses

Overview:We are on the lookout for a motivated Inside Sales Representative who is driven by competition and flourishes in a dynamic environment. The ideal individual for this role is adept at initiating contact with potential clients through phone calls and emails, fostering relationships with partners, sparking interest, evaluating prospects' needs, and adeptly sealing deals.

Key Duties:

  • Prospecting: Actively seek out new sales opportunities by engaging with leads through both inbound responses and proactive outbound efforts.
  • Customer Engagement: Attentively listen to potential clients, pinpoint their specific needs, and tailor your approach to meet those needs.
  • Lead Management: Efficiently screen prospects to identify high-potential opportunities and forward them to the sales team for further nurturing and closure.
  • Sales Execution: Utilize your strong communication and persuasion skills to conclude sales agreements and meet or exceed your sales targets on a quarterly basis.
  • Database Management: Consistently update and maintain a database of prospective clients within your designated area of responsibility.

Qualifications and

Skills Required:

  • Experience: A solid background in inside sales is required, with a preference for those with experience in mortgage sales.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are crucial, along with a robust phone presence and the capacity to engage in numerous calls daily.
  • Technical Proficiency: A good understanding of corporate productivity tools and web-based presentation platforms is essential. Experience with  or a similar CRM system is highly valued.
  • Interpersonal

    Skills:

    Excellent listening and presentation capabilities are key, alongside the ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage your time efficiently.
