Job location:

Illinois. This is a full-time position, not remote.

Pay Range $19-$26/hr. (DOE) + Bi-Weekly Install Bonuses + Benefits

• Loading and unloading project materials to/from the company vehicle and the roof/structure being installed on
• Assemble roof components in an efficient and safe manner
• Perform electrical work as instructed by the crew lead, both independently and under supervision
• Install projects adhering to Freedom Forever plan sets
• Flash and seal penetrations as needed to ensure project quality
• Ensure all work complies with Freedom Forever policies and applicable codes (e.g., NFPA-70, IRC, IFC, CA-T24)
• Follow all safety regulations and directions from senior crew members
• Provide recommendations for efficiency and compliance improvements
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• May communicate with end users and travel domestically as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Education &
  
  Certifications:
  
  High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year PV installation experience (preferred)
• Fundamental understanding of PV products installed by Freedom Forever
• Basic understanding of building standards and applicable codes
• Professional communication and concise, clear interactions
• Compliant installation of conduit (EMT, RMC, IMC, LFMC and FMC)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• All assigned Freedom Forever training modules completed by the designated due date
• Optional trainings may be completed outside of business hours

• Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects and tools
• Stand, walk, climb, kneel, stoop, crouch, and reach
• Lift 50+ pounds
• See details and colors, hear and speak clearly, and react quickly with hands/fingers
• Move multiple limbs and maintain balance in various positions

Travel may be required for business purposes. If required, must have a valid Driver's License/Insurance and be able to drive a personal vehicle to different sites.
