Lead Carpenter / Bath & Kitchen Remodeler – Dream Maker Bath & Kitchen of Schaumburg

Join our family-owned company of 35 years specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodeling. We are seeking an experienced Lead Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel Carpenter to join our full‑time team in Schaumburg, IL.

Base pay range: $28.00/hr - $40.00/hr your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• 5+ years of residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling experience
• Skilled in residential remodeling
• Experience with customer service
• Have your own tools
• Valid driver's license

As a lead carpenter, you will lead various remodeling projects focusing on:

• Interior trim carpentry including cabinetry installation
• Light framing
• Flooring installation (tile, wood, vinyl)
• Shower stall installations
• Tile installation (floors and walls)
• Drywall installation, repair and finishing
• Painting
• Light plumbing and electrical
• Project supervision
• Managing subcontractors on job
• Ensuring adherence to high standards and delivering exceptional results that align with clients' expectations

Full‑time role:
Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week.
