We are seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Large Language Models, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying modern GenAI solutions.
Location: Schaumburg, IL
Employment Type: W2 Contract
Work Authorization: USC/GC Only
Preferred Candidate ProfileStrong hands-on GenAI development experience.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical teams.
Innovative mindset and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning principles.
Strong programming expertise in Python
.Hands-on experience with Hugging Face, Lang Chain, and OpenAI APIs
.Proven experience building,
fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs), including both open-source and commercial models.Experience developing Agentic AI systems and workflow orchestration using frameworks such as:
Lang Graph
CrewAI
OpenAI Agents
Similar agent-based AI frameworks
Experience working with multi-modal data and intelligent, agent-based AI tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex AI/GenAI challenges.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and innovative mindset.
Passion for developing practical solutions using AI and Generative AI technologies
