React Developer

We believe great engineers ship great software, so we are hiring a React Developer who lives and breathes Python. The right entrepreneurial candidate will own outcomes, mentor peers, and earn $58,000 - $87,000 in this junior hybrid position.

• Defend Paramount uptime through the 2 a.m. Schaumburg pages nobody volunteers for
• Ensure code quality through automated linting, testing, and static analysis
• Tune Strategic Planning caching so Paramount survives the Schaumburg launch spike on the same hardware
• Document the Swift system so the next junior engineer onboards in days, not weeks
• Scale data pipelines processing millions of events with gRPC

• Enough Linux to be dangerous, enough gRPC to be trusted
• Comfort steering technology conversations toward a decision
• The grit to debug at 4pm on a Friday without complaint
• A team player who lifts up colleagues and shares credit

Since day one, Paramount has been on a deeply technical mission to reshape technology from its base in Schaumburg, IL. Inclusion isn't a poster on the Schaumburg, IL wall; it's who gets pulled into the room and heard.

We pay $58,000 - $87,000 and protect it with coaching, coverage, and a flexible setup so your Swift grows without burning you out.

Nothing stale here: the React Developer slot was re-confirmed open earlier today.
