Price Chopper - - Responsibilities:
Maintains records and prepares reports which may be complex in nature, or require knowledge of spreadsheet or database applications;
Performs clerical tasks requiring a thorough knowledge of departmental area and corporate policies and procedures;
Answers telephone inquiries, delivers messages, sorts and distributes departmental mail;
Resolves nonroutine questions; refers questions with policy and procedure implications to supervisor;
