Assistant To Company Control
The assistant to company control performs a range of tasks aimed at informing users, ensuring the proper functioning of the control unit, and assisting control agents in carrying out their activities. Within the framework set by the DRH/DGT note of December 8, 2015, the assistant to the control unit undertakes a series of tasks aimed at welcoming users, ensuring the proper functioning of the control unit, and supporting the control.
These tasks include a common core and support tasks. Core functions:
• Physical and telephone reception;
• Information and orientation of users;
• Management of mail, email, and files, following up on instances and deadlines;
• Classification and archiving;
• Feeding operational systems and networks;
• Formatting and/or writing notes or documents;
• Management of agendas, operational logistics of the UC;
• Organization and material support to the activity of UC agents;
Support activities:
• Exploitation of data on detachment declarations (SIPSI
2);
• Support for the preparation and implementation of a territorial action;
• Preliminary analysis of requests for protected employee dismissal (level 1 or completion of files);
• Exploitation of dedicated information systems (queries and analyses) and common networks;
• Operation of the control unit (level
1): reinforced support to collective action or control, processing of ETT, creation, update and targeting of companies, Participation in the collection of information useful for the balances of control actions, exploitation of Excel data necessary for control actions;
• Preliminary analysis of requests or remote verifications of certain regulatory obligations: elections IRP, CHSCT meetings, social balance, etc…
• Documentary research.
