Missions

Elaborate the reception circuit for the training of civil interns, military interns and assistants, foreigners, and externals. Develop the annual training plan: census of wishes, reimbursement of incurred expenses. Follow the registrations for teaching, reimbursements of registration fees, and travel. Follow the approvals of hospital services: annual update, renewal with heads of service. Manage the semi-annual distribution in partnership with the heads of service and the pedagogical coordinator.

Prepare the needs of the services. Manage agreements with civil partners. Establish travel decisions. Manage situations of civil interns (guards, evaluation, accommodation), externals (census, reception, evaluation), foreigners (reception, evaluation, contests, guards, permissions, affiliation CNMSS, financial scholarship, residence permit). Ensure the logistical follow-up of medico-military modules: stage with the practitioner, FST MG SSE, support for the thesis, EXOSAN, MCSBG, complementary module.

Accompany the administrators in the procedures of military contests (assistantship, specialty, aggregation, titular chair). Participate in the semi-annual meeting of the pedagogical committee: technical and logistical organization. Ensure the management of working hours. Participate in the work related to the training of all civilian and military personnel.

Work cycle over 5 days - 38 hours (2 cycles): 8:00 - 16:33 or 7:30 - 16:03 from Monday to Thursday (1-hour lunch break) 8:00 - 15:33 or 7:30 - 15:03 on Friday
